The ADIK's foundation is built upon a deeply rooted Greek-Cypriot patriotism. Its ideology champions the indivisibility of the Republic of Cyprus and the safeguarding of national identity. Central to their worldview is a state that acts as a bulwark against external influence. For the party, justice primarily entails the restoration of sovereignty over the entire national territory, inextricably linking human rights and democratic principles with national liberation and resistance against occupation.

The ADIK's political agenda is almost exclusively dedicated to resolving the Cyprus conflict under stringent conditions. They demand the complete withdrawal of all foreign troops and unequivocally reject federal models that could lead to a de facto partition.
