Germany - The latest poll for the Parliamentary Election in Germany from Civey shows the following results: CDU/CSU 36.2%, SPD 23.1%, AfD 12.1%, Die Linke 9.1%, Grüne 8.6% and FDP 6.4%. If an election were held in Germany this Sunday, CDU/CSU might gain the most in voter favorability with +7.7 growth since the last election. AfD, on the other hand, would lose the most votes (-8.7) in the election barometer compared to the last election result.
Friedrich Merz is currently governing with a Coalition of the center from CDU/CSU and SPD. With 62.2% of virtual seats, the government could continue in office.
The election survey was collected by Civey. For this purpose, 5014 persons were asked about their party preference in a period of 8 days (22.01.2017 - 30.01.2017).
