Germany - The latest poll for the Parliamentary election in Germany from GMS shows the following results: SPD 26%, CDU/CSU 24%, Bündnis 90/Die Grünen 16%, FDP 12%, AfD 11% and Die Linke 4%. If an election were held in Germany this Sunday, Bündnis 90/Die Grünen might gain the most in voter favorability with +1.2 growth since the last election. Die Linke, on the other hand, would lose the most votes (-0.9) in the election barometer compared to the last election result.
Olaf Scholz is currently governing with a Coalition of the center from Bündnis 90/Die Grünen, FDP and SPD. With 60.7% of virtual seats, the government could continue in office.
The election survey was collected by GMS. For this purpose, 1003 persons were asked about their party preference in a period of 5 days (29.12.2021 - 03.01.2022).
