Germany - The latest poll for the Parliamentary election in Germany from Ipsos shows the following results: SPD 25%, CDU/CSU 21%, Bündnis 90/Die Grünen 15%, AfD 12%, FDP 11% and Die Linke 6%. If an election were held in Germany this Sunday, AfD might gain the most in voter favorability with +1.7 growth since the last election. CDU/CSU, on the other hand, would lose the most votes (-3.1) in the election barometer compared to the last election result.
Olaf Scholz is currently governing with a Coalition of the center from Bündnis 90/Die Grünen, FDP and SPD. With 56.7% of virtual seats, the government could continue in office.
The election survey was collected by Ipsos. For this purpose, 929 persons were asked about their party preference in a period of 3 days (06.01.2022 - 09.01.2022).
