Germany - The latest poll for the Parliamentary Election in Germany from Civey shows the following results: CDU/CSU 38%, SPD 26.9%, AfD 9.2%, Die Linke 8.5%, Grüne 6.5% and FDP 6.3%. If an election were held in Germany this Sunday, SPD might gain the most in voter favorability with +10.5 growth since the last election. AfD, on the other hand, would lose the most votes (-11.6) in the election barometer compared to the last election result.
Friedrich Merz is currently governing with a Coalition of the center from CDU/CSU and SPD. With 68.3% of virtual seats, the government could continue in office.
The election survey was collected by Civey. For this purpose, 7518 persons were asked about their party preference in a period of 4 days (05.05.2017 - 09.05.2017).
