Election poll results
Germany - The latest poll for the Parliamentary Election in Germany from Ipsos shows the following results: CDU/CSU 37%, SPD 29%, AfD 8%, Die Linke 8%, Grüne 7% and FDP 6%. If an election were held in Germany this Sunday, SPD might gain the most in voter favorability with +12.6 growth since the last election. AfD, on the other hand, would lose the most votes (-12.8) in the election barometer compared to the last election result.
Friedrich Merz is currently governing with a Coalition of the center from CDU/CSU and SPD. With 69.6% of virtual seats, the government could continue in office.
The election survey was collected by Ipsos. For this purpose, 1049 persons were asked about their party preference in a period of 2 days (12.05.2017 - 14.05.2017).
