Germany - The latest poll for the Parliamentary Election in Germany from Verian shows the following results: CDU/CSU 39%, SPD 24%, Die Linke 9%, AfD 8%, Grüne 8% and FDP 7%. If an election were held in Germany this Sunday, CDU/CSU might gain the most in voter favorability with +10.5 growth since the last election. AfD, on the other hand, would lose the most votes (-12.8) in the election barometer compared to the last election result.
Friedrich Merz is currently governing with a Coalition of the center from CDU/CSU and SPD. With 66.3% of virtual seats, the government could continue in office.
The election survey was collected by Verian. For this purpose, 1363 persons were asked about their party preference in a period of 5 days (16.06.2017 - 21.06.2017).
