Germany - The latest poll for the Parliamentary Election in Germany from INSA shows the following results: CDU/CSU 37%, SPD 24%, AfD 10%, Die Linke 10%, FDP 8% and Grüne 6.5%. If an election were held in Germany this Sunday, CDU/CSU might gain the most in voter favorability with +8.5 growth since the last election. AfD, on the other hand, would lose the most votes (-10.8) in the election barometer compared to the last election result.
Friedrich Merz is currently governing with a Coalition of the center from CDU/CSU and SPD. With 63.8% of virtual seats, the government could continue in office.
The election survey was collected by INSA. For this purpose, 2034 persons were asked about their party preference in a period of 3 days (25.08.2017 - 28.08.2017).
