Germany - The latest poll for the Parliamentary Election in Germany from Allensbach shows the following results: CDU/CSU 38.5%, SPD 24%, FDP 10%, AfD 8%, Die Linke 8% and Grüne 7.5%. If an election were held in Germany this Sunday, CDU/CSU might gain the most in voter favorability with +10.0 growth since the last election. AfD, on the other hand, would lose the most votes (-12.8) in the election barometer compared to the last election result.
Friedrich Merz is currently governing with a Coalition of the center from CDU/CSU and SPD. With 65.4% of virtual seats, the government could continue in office.
The election survey was collected by Allensbach. For this purpose, 1043 persons were asked about their party preference in a period of 9 days (22.08.2017 - 31.08.2017).
