Election poll results
Germany - The latest poll for the Parliamentary Election in Germany from GMS shows the following results: CDU/CSU 31%, SPD 21%, AfD 13%, FDP 12%, Die Linke 10% and Grüne 9%. If an election were held in Germany this Sunday, FDP might gain the most in voter favorability with +7.7 growth since the last election. AfD, on the other hand, would lose the most votes (-7.8) in the election barometer compared to the last election result.
Friedrich Merz is currently governing with a Coalition of the center from CDU/CSU and SPD. With 54.3% of virtual seats, the government could continue in office.
The election survey was collected by GMS. For this purpose, 1005 persons were asked about their party preference in a period of 6 days (12.10.2017 - 18.10.2017).
