Germany - The latest poll for the Parliamentary Election in Germany from Institut Wahlkreisprognose shows the following results: CDU/CSU 32%, AfD 20%, Grüne 12.5%, SPD 12.5%, Die Linke 6%, BSW 4.5%, FDP 4% and Freie Wähler 1.5%. If an election were held in Germany this Sunday, CDU/CSU might gain the most in voter favorability with +3.5 growth since the last election. SPD, on the other hand, would lose the most votes (-3.9) in the election barometer compared to the last election result.
Friedrich Merz is currently governing with a Coalition of the center from CDU/CSU and SPD. With 53.7% of virtual seats, the government could continue in office.
The election survey was collected by Institut Wahlkreisprognose. For this purpose, 1700 persons were asked about their party preference in a period of 2 days (11.02.2025 - 13.02.2025).
