Germany - The latest poll for the Parliamentary Election in Germany from GMS shows the following results: CDU/CSU 38%, SPD 16%, Grüne 16%, AfD 10%, Die Linke 8% and FDP 6%. If an election were held in Germany this Sunday, CDU/CSU might gain the most in voter favorability with +9.5 growth since the last election. AfD, on the other hand, would lose the most votes (-10.8) in the election barometer compared to the last election result.

Friedrich Merz is currently governing with a Coalition of the center from CDU/CSU and SPD. With 57.6% of virtual seats, the government could continue in office.

The election survey was collected by GMS. For this purpose, 1002 persons were asked about their party preference in a period of 7 days (20.04.2020 - 27.04.2020).
