Italy - The latest poll for the Parliamentary election in Italy from SWG shows the following results: Fratelli d’Italia 28.8%, Partito Democratico 21.5%, Movimento 5 Stelle 15.2%, Lega 9%, Forza Italia 6.8%, Azione 4.3%, AVS 3.2%, Italia Viva 2.5%, Più Europa 2.3%, Italexit 2.1% and UP 1.8%. If an election were held in Italy this Sunday, Fratelli d’Italia might gain the most in voter favorability with +2.8 growth since the last election. Forza Italia, on the other hand, would lose the most votes (-1.3) in the election barometer compared to the last election result.
Giorgia Meloni is currently governing with a Centre-right coalition from Lega, Forza Italia, Fratelli d’Italia and NM. With 50.2% of virtual seats, the government could continue in office.
The election survey was collected by SWG. For this purpose, 1200 persons were asked about their party preference in a period of 4 days (26.04.2023 - 30.04.2023).
