Italy - The latest poll for the Parliamentary election in Italy from SWG shows the following results: Fratelli d’Italia 29.8%, Partito Democratico 21.3%, Movimento 5 Stelle 15.8%, Lega 8.6%, Forza Italia 6.8%, Azione 4.1%, AVS 3.4%, Italia Viva 2.7%, Più Europa 2.4%, Italexit 1.9% and UP 1.4%. If an election were held in Italy this Sunday, Fratelli d’Italia might gain the most in voter favorability with +3.8 growth since the last election. Forza Italia, on the other hand, would lose the most votes (-1.3) in the election barometer compared to the last election result.
Giorgia Meloni is currently governing with a Centre-right coalition from Lega, Forza Italia, Fratelli d’Italia and NM. With 50.4% of virtual seats, the government could continue in office.
The election survey was collected by SWG. For this purpose, 1200 persons were asked about their party preference in a period of 5 days (10.05.2023 - 15.05.2023).
