Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania - The latest poll for the State election in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern from INSA shows the following results: SPD 28%, AfD 25%, CDU 19%, Die Linke 11%, Bündnis 90/Die Grünen 6% and FDP 5%. If an election were held in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania this Sunday, AfD might gain the most in voter favorability with +8.3 growth since the last election. SPD, on the other hand, would lose the most votes (-11.6) in the election barometer compared to the last election result.
Manuela Schwesig is currently governing with a Centre-left-wing coalition from Die Linke and SPD. With 41.5% of virtual seats, the government could fail to remain in office.
The election survey was collected by INSA. For this purpose, 1000 persons were asked about their party preference in a period of 8 days (03.04.2023 - 11.04.2023).
