Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania - The latest poll for the State election in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern from INSA shows the following results: AfD 29%, SPD 27%, CDU 18%, Die Linke 10%, Grüne 6% and FDP 4%. If an election were held in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania this Sunday, AfD might gain the most in voter favorability with +12.3 growth since the last election. SPD, on the other hand, would lose the most votes (-12.6) in the election barometer compared to the last election result.
Manuela Schwesig is currently governing with a Centre-left-wing coalition from Die Linke and SPD. With 41.1% of virtual seats, the government could fail to remain in office.
The election survey was collected by INSA. For this purpose, 1000 persons were asked about their party preference in a period of 7 days (26.06.2023 - 03.07.2023).
