North Rhine-Westphalia - The latest poll for the State election in North Rhine-Westphalia from INSA shows the following results: CDU 36%, SPD 22%, Bündnis 90/Die Grünen 21%, FDP 7%, AfD 5% and Die Linke 3%. If an election were held in North Rhine-Westphalia this Sunday, Bündnis 90/Die Grünen might gain the most in voter favorability with +2.8 growth since the last election. SPD, on the other hand, would lose the most votes (-4.7) in the election barometer compared to the last election result.
Hendrik Wüst is currently governing with a Coalition of the center from Bündnis 90/Die Grünen and CDU. With 62.7% of virtual seats, the government could continue in office.
The election survey was collected by INSA. For this purpose, 1000 persons were asked about their party preference in a period of 7 days (15.08.2022 - 22.08.2022).
