According to data from 40dB, 4 parties are projected to surpass the electoral threshold and enter the Spain parliament: Partido Popular with 132 representatives, PSOE with 119 representatives, Vox with 75 representatives and Sumar with 24 representatives.

Spain's Parliament, the Cortes Generales, comprises two chambers: the Congress of Deputies (Congreso de los Diputados) and the Senate (Senado). The Congress of Deputies, with 350 members, is elected through a closed-list proportional representation system.
