Italy - The latest poll for the Parliamentary election in Italy from SWG shows the following results: Fratelli d’Italia 28.6%, Partito Democratico 21.1%, Movimento 5 Stelle 15.4%, Lega 9.3%, Forza Italia 6.6%, Azione 4.4%, AVS 3%, Più Europa 2.4%, Italia Viva 2.4%, Italexit 2.3% and UP 1.8%. If an election were held in Italy this Sunday, Fratelli d’Italia might gain the most in voter favorability with +2.6 growth since the last election. Forza Italia, on the other hand, would lose the most votes (-1.5) in the election barometer compared to the last election result.
Giorgia Meloni is currently governing with a Centre-right coalition from Lega, Forza Italia, Fratelli d’Italia and NM. With 50.4% of virtual seats, the government could continue in office.
The election survey was collected by SWG. For this purpose, 1200 persons were asked about their party preference in a period of 5 days (19.04.2023 - 24.04.2023).
