Lower Saxony - The latest poll for the State election in Lower Saxony from INSA shows the following results: SPD 31%, CDU 28%, Bündnis 90/Die Grünen 16%, AfD 11%, FDP 5% and Die Linke 4%. If an election were held in Lower Saxony this Sunday, Bündnis 90/Die Grünen might gain the most in voter favorability with +1.5 growth since the last election. SPD, on the other hand, would lose the most votes (-2.4) in the election barometer compared to the last election result.
Stephan Weil is currently governing with a Coalition of the center from Bündnis 90/Die Grünen and SPD. With 51.7% of virtual seats, the government could continue in office.
The election survey was collected by INSA. For this purpose, 1000 persons were asked about their party preference in a period of 5 days (29.09.2022 - 04.10.2022).
