Since its foundation, the PdH has participated in various elections, including the federal elections of 2017 and 2021 as well as the European elections of 2019 and 2024. Although it has not yet been able to achieve mandates at the federal or European level, it is represented in all German federal states with state associations and actively engages in the political landscape.
