Germany - The latest poll for the Parliamentary election in Germany from GMS shows the following results: CDU/CSU 27%, Bündnis 90/Die Grünen 23%, SPD 18%, AfD 10%, FDP 9% and Die Linke 5%. If an election were held in Germany this Sunday, Bündnis 90/Die Grünen might gain the most in voter favorability with +8.2 growth since the last election. SPD, on the other hand, would lose the most votes (-7.7) in the election barometer compared to the last election result.

Olaf Scholz is currently governing with a Coalition of the center from Bündnis 90/Die Grünen, FDP and SPD. With 54.4% of virtual seats, the government could continue in office.

The election survey was collected by GMS. For this purpose, 1005 persons were asked about their party preference in a period of 5 days (20.07.2022 - 25.07.2022).

How reliable are election polls?
